Samsung Shop 17+

Thank you samsung for making the app we have been waiting on for years. Having all these great devices and appliances it required an app to shop more freely. Until we meet again on the new device.

Went onto the Samsung website, 5% discount. If you download the Samsung shop app if spending over a certain amount of money so wanted to buy the S 24 which is up for £649 so downloaded the app and found out I actually don’t sell smart phones on that app spoke to the customer services in the chat and on Twitter, they did not have a clue all they keep saying was click on the mobile section on the app. The only thing in the mobile section was accessories and wearables.
Did the usual remove the app downloaded a new one? Went to my iPad to do the same still the same with no smart phones on the app for sale. I think Samsung has got a long way to go to even equal Apple and other competitors so I’m going to go to Apple and buy an iPhone 15 instead.

The design and structure of the app is good. But when you actually try to add items in the basket, when try to checkout, when you try to alter the basket etc.. this app is a pain. I ordered few house hold appliances a month before and had this issue. Yesterday I tried ordering S24Ultra. Same issue. I had to repeat the ordering process 4 times. It’s pain when you want to use vouchers, trad-in your old phone requires to put IMEI. Imagine all this information again and again. The app simply fails to cope up. I would expect far better performing app from Samsung. Please work on your app. Does not suit your reputation.
